What's going on with Taco HTML Edit? Well, here's a look at one of the new features.

I just want to say Thanks for producing Taco HTML Edit. The program is really handy, and I've been using it to make edits to my website. I love the new Project feature and Batch Find. It makes updates (like new phone numbers) a real breeze. AND I'm sure I caught everything.

As for things that can be improved :) I have a couple of suggestions fresh from my latest session.

* I'm trying to make my pages XHTML compliant, so that means internally closing singleton tags (like [img]) that don't need a closing tag. XHTML needs to have those closed with a "/", so it looks like "[img src="mypic.gif" /]". The Syntax parser thinks those are unnecessary. They are just ignored but are needed for XHTML. Can support for this be added in so they can be ignored?

* Sometimes I'd like to reformat a paragraph and not the whole document. Can I just have the selected text reformatted?

* "img" tags: The "Insert Image" dialog box is really useful, but I'd like to be able to use it with an existing , especially since it would have all the ALT and TITLE stuff I had before. Is there a way that Cmd-Shift-E can use the file's actual dimensions?

* When I finish editing a tag, to confirm the edit I need to press the "Edit" button. Shouldn't that button be named "Update"? I'm already editing it!

* In the Project window, graphic files show up as greyed out, but can be previewed (thanks!). But 9 times out of 10, I will need to refer to that image and its dimensions in my HTML pages! Can I copy the image filename from that window so I can paste it into my [img] tag? Or, a right-click on an image would copy a complete [img] tag for the file! So an [img] tag is put on the clipboard, ready to paste and edit!
UPDATE: Well, bust my buttons, you can do that already! Drag and Drop works just like I asked. Sneaky. Now if you can just right-click the file name, then there's a chance I might have found it! Never mind.

OK, that's it for now. Thanks for a great little utility!
